Liquids Mean Life The Liquids Mean Life education resource is intended to promote the understanding of the importance of a balanced diet, an active lifestyle and adequate fluid intake to maintain good health. It also promotes the soft drinks industry as a dynamic and vital part of the food and drink manufacturing sector. The programme has no commercial function and mentions no companies and no brands. Written and developed
by practicing teachers, Liquids Mean Life has been designed to
meet National Curriculum requirements of Key Stages 1&2 (4 to 11 years)
and Key Stages 3&4 (11 to 16 years). Using comprehensive cross-curricular
links, the resource provides a wealth of information about the soft drinks
industry, as well as exciting and engaging pupil activities that are ideal
