How to use this site

The pack papers and pages of the web site have been designed to be used together or as stand alone units. However, there are certain sections which are building blocks, in that they explain in more detail information relating to general production, legislation, packaging and marketing.

The building blocks are:

The drinks specific sheets and pages focus on a particular drink and aim to explain the various processes behind their production from their origins and ingredients to their delivery to the consumer. These cover:

In order to help meet the national curriculum requirements, a number of design briefs have been developed with task guidelines. These projects are to be marked by the teacher.
